My results for the 30 Day Shred by Jillian Michaels.



Day 1 - 03/24/14

Day 31 - 04/23/14 (morning after finishing!)

132 lbs
arm 11.5"
chest 39.5"
waist 29.25"
hips 38.75"
thigh 23"

I'm pretty impressed with my results!  I know the first time I did this long ago I lost 3" in my waist but this time around I didn't have as much weight to lose so 2" is good.  I know somewhere on the blog I have mentioned too that I'm 43.  Facts are it is a bit harder to lose the older one gets.

I'm super happy too that I don't seem as giggly especially in my butt and thighs!

Forgive the pj's and bra but I took these for me but decided to share anyways...

Today I'm starting Ripped in 30... I will post the results from that as well as taking pics NOT in my pj's :)
