Days10 -13


Again totally slacking on blogging but not on the working out.  I'm two days into level 2 of the 30 Day Shred.  Oh my!  Today was a bit harder too as I got up early to go to a ladies conference at church then spent all afternoon running errands.  I was totally tired when I got home and almost opted for a power nap but instead I did my workout and I feel great both physically and emotionally.

That said with the ladies conference there was food!!! I stayed with my diet but I did end up eating back my workout calories which I've been trying not to do.  I really started that on this past Wednesday so I'm going to hold off on weighing until Wednesday to see if it really made any difference.  :)  I'm hoping for the best!
