Days10 -13


Again totally slacking on blogging but not on the working out.  I'm two days into level 2 of the 30 Day Shred.  Oh my!  Today was a bit harder too as I got up early to go to a ladies conference at church then spent all afternoon running errands.  I was totally tired when I got home and almost opted for a power nap but instead I did my workout and I feel great both physically and emotionally.

That said with the ladies conference there was food!!! I stayed with my diet but I did end up eating back my workout calories which I've been trying not to do.  I really started that on this past Wednesday so I'm going to hold off on weighing until Wednesday to see if it really made any difference.  :)  I'm hoping for the best!

Day 9 - No More Nights

I have been working out at different times and I think I've found my best time is about two in the afternoon.  I did mine in the evening today and I felt really sluggish.

Two more days to go before I graduate to level 2 of this work out.  I'll be happy to as I hardly remember it and seeing that I have started and quit I don't know how many times in the last two years I've done level one for and ever!

I still working on improving my diet... I'm staying within my calories but doesn't mean what I'm eating is good for me.

Slacking on The Blog Not The Workouts

Days 5, 6, 7 and 8

Wow it's been that long since I blogged?  My confession I didn't do Jillian on Sunday.  I did go for a walk though and Saturday I was extra proud of me because I spent at least 3 hours walking around the flea market with my husband, came home took a nap and yes then I worked out!  It was tempting to think I didn't have too.

I'm feeling a bit guilty about Sunday but my son was over and even though he doesn't live far he works lots so I only see him about every two weeks. 

I weighed the morning and was the same as last Monday which emotionally sucks but I also know I rarely lose any pounds when I first start working out....

Maybe next Monday?

Day 3 & Day 4

Day 3 was almost the day that didn't happen... One of my children moved out. :(  All my babies are growing up so I spent the day cleaning the room.  He didn't leave trash or anything I just was cleaning the carpet and stuffs.  That was a workout.  So I was tempted to be lazy but I pushed myself and did my workout! Yay!

Day 4 I was actually kinda torqued at hubby so it was a super good workout and I wasn't mad when it was over so win win!

Still haven't posted my day one pic or measurements but I'm doing good to get my workout in so it will get done eventually.

135 Days with Jillian - Day 1 and 2

Ok, so as of today it's really 134 days but I started yesterday.  Why 135? Well that is how many days it is until my 46th birthday.  :)  Hubby and I were also talking about a cruise for our anniversary which is only 4 days later.  

I seriously fell off the wagon and onto a food truck.

I've gained so much since I quit... I had some fits and starts here and there but since I posted my last results OMG I have gained 11 lbs.  Long story but at one time I had made it down to 125 so ahh that's a total of 21 pound gain in two years. 

I'm seriously trying not to beat myself up too badly because it really doesn't help a darn thing and certainly doesn't help when trying to build a positive attitude. Instead of getting sad when I look at my old results photos I look at what I can be again.  Seriously spending about a half an hour a day with Jillian is so worth it both mentally and physically. :)

So in short here is "the plan"  I want to weigh and measure by my birthday what I did on my last results page.  I'd like more but I'm older and it's not as easy to get the weight off so I'm keeping it reasonable and something that I would be happy with.  When I reach that place I'll move onto something more.  Baby steps right, one day at a time!
